Hear how a will and a trust can avoid common roadblocks, like probate and estate tax. Learn how a Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive can further prepare you for unexpected turns should you become incapacitated due to an accident or illness so you can protect your assets throughout your lifetime and provide for your loved ones further down the road

This $10 community education course is geared for anyone 18+ who wish to learn more about the concepts and terminology of estate planning. Take your first step towards your creating your own estate plan!

Meet the Presenter

David P. Salter is the owner and attorney of Salter Law LLC, an estate planning firm located in Roseville, MN.  His thirty years of practice in estate planning is what differentiates him and his firm - he is well-versed in the strategies that work at during the turning points along life's journey.

David offers seminars throughout the year on estate planning, long-term care pre-planning, and estate administration to the local community and businesses.
