COURSE DESCRIPTION: Learn how a will and a trust differ - which can avoid common roadblocks, like probate and estate tax? And how a Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive can further prepare you for unexpected turns should you become incapacitated due to an accident or illness. You will leave with a better understanding of how to protect your assets throughout your lifetime and provide for your loved ones further down the road.

AGE: Geared for anyone 18+ who wish to learn more about the concepts and terminology of estate planning. Take your first step towards your creating your own estate plan!
