Learn some solutions for two long-term care planning goals: 1) aging-in-place or 2) protecting assets from future long-term care costs so they pass down as you intend.


ADDT’L COURSE DESCRIPTION: Ben will help participants understand how reverse mortgage regulations have changed to make this a viable long-term care planning option for those who wish to age in place. David will explain how Irrevocable Grantor Trusts can protect some assets from future long-term care costs when government-assistance is needed and why Revocable Living Trusts won’t work in this circumstance.
