ADDT’L COURSE DESCRIPTION: Learn the differences between a will and a trust, when you might need one (or both), and how to avoid common pitfalls. Learn more about Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and how to get started with your own plan. Whether you're just beginning to think about estate planning or need to update existing documents, this class will give you the tools and confidence to move forward.

AGE: 55+; for those with or without estate plans; mid-life is the perfect time to consider whether a will or a trust would better meet your current goals for passing down your assets.
