COURSE DESCRIPTION: This class will guide your new graduate, or anyone who is new to estate planning, through basic concepts and terminology so they can begin estate planning with ease. Learn how wills differ from trusts, why even young adults need a Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive, and what to consider when completing beneficiary designations on retirement or investment accounts. And, what happens if you don’t have an estate plan.
AGE: Geared for anyone 18+ who wish to learn more about the concepts and terminology of estate planning. Take your first step towards your creating your own estate plan!
