Salter Law LLC, in partnership with St. Anthony Community Center, will provide foundational concepts and terminology so you understand the routes different estate planning vehicles, whether a will, trust, or beneficiary designation, follow so you can ensure a safe and smooth transfer of your assets onto your loved ones.
Course Description: Learn the basics of how to prepare for an initial meeting, terminology to know, differences between wills and trusts, and factors to consider for choosing a guardian for minor children.

David P. Salter is the owner and attorney of Salter Law LLC, an estate planning firm located in Roseville, MN. His thirty years of practice in estate planning is what differentiates him and his firm - he is well-versed in the strategies that work at during the turning points along life's journey.
David offers seminar throughout the year on estate planning, long-term care pre-planning, and estate administration to the local community and businesses.
